Is there a tool to convert a bunch of mp3's that were tagged with the old id3 version (V1) to the new version?

Itunes isnt reading the tags off my old Mp3's created in 1998.


I need to batch upgrade the Id3 tags to version 2.3 or whatever is used now. Any suggestions?

Im not sure if this is a feature that you have to purchase the program to be able to do as I purchased mine long ago (it was worth the 15 bucks).
