When I elected to close my account, there was a message that stated that I can re-open that account, does anyone know how to do that? It said it can be done as I was closing it.
Closed Tagged Account?
The tagged account is the Flickr and once you delete the ID (account) you can't reopen it.
Although we're sorry that you deleted your account, we're happy that you want to come back to Flickr! Unfortunately, all photos in your deleted account were also removed from the system. Your best bet is to re-register with Flickr, under a different username, and make sure that you really want to delete your account before you click the "Are you sure you want to delete?" button for the third time.
