Emails tagged as spam?

i have a server hosted for my website. And sometimes i send email through my email server. Frequency is 3 - 4 emails per day. But still my emails are ending up in spam / junk folder. Yahoo , gmail and hotmail, all the tagging it as spam. I have VPS and dedicated IP. I have postfix email server and squirrel mail cleint.





i already checked rdns and its fine.





what could be the reason that my email are ending up in junk folder?

Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail use spam filters. The filters may be detecting certain words or phrases in the emails that are associated with spam. You could probably go into the filters and set the defaults to allow your email address. But why would you be sending yourself emails?
