I have only heard that used in reference to a building or house having graffiti put on it by a gang.

"being tagged" could be when you play "tag."
it could also mean someone writing or drawing on you.
It also refers to vandalizing property.
Reply:In some e-mails that you may get from friends or family, a lot of times, it says that you have been tagged by a certain something, like a snowball, or a friendship ball, it means that you are tagged like in running and trying to catch someone, when you play tag, of course in the emails, it means pass them on.
