it seems that you need a picture software to help you do this.
you should try Picasa from Google, i am myself very pleased with it.
Picasa is totally free and very easy to use, you dont need to be genius.
Picasa has functions like editing, making effects of your digital pictures, making Picture CDs or slideshows ,searching pictures on your computer, it also integrated with other Google Service.
