In high school baseball can you jump over a tag when your stealing to not get tagged or cant you?

As long as you stay in the baseline... but doing "stunts" like that could cause injury to you or the opposing team. But "whatever it takes" to win, right?

You can jump over a fielder ONLY if the fielder is lying on the ground. If you jump over a standing fielder, you are out. You may never DIVE over a fielder. I don't have the book with me at this instant, but I am 100% CERTAIN of the ruling.
